Join the attorneys at Adams Law as they explain the brand new “As-Is” Contract from an attorney’s perspective. The new contract incorporates the CFPB changes and is critical when representing buyers in financed transactions. This presentation contains a review of the new Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate forms.  In addition, an in-depth training of the TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) will be offered. Lydia and Richard have over 40 years of combined experience in real estate. This course offers 3 CE credits to attendees.
