Members, it’s time to show off your best (or worst) tourist attire! Your Affiliate Tour Guides have a day of fun-filled, destination-inspired exhibits planned — just for you. Discover their local & global resources, network network network, and enjoy 50+ raffles.
Plus, you have options! Come early for the 11:00 AM Community Update Luncheon with Palm Beach County Commissioner Mack Bernard and Florida Realtors President Maria Wells, and stay for the 5:00 PM Reception.
Tracks are limited to Realtor members only, and registration is required via the ticket link. Expo and reception is open to all members.

ARRIVAL: You may arrive as early as 8AM to begin setting up your table display.
CHECK IN: Upon arrival, you must CHECK-IN with RAPB Staff at the Registration table to receive your table assignment. (Table assignments will be made according to your industry; no two like companies will be assigned next to each other). If you have specific requests for your table assignment, please reply to this email.
SHOW TIME: ALL Tables must be fully ready by 12:30PM. Doors open at 1PM (maybe earlier!)
THEME: This year’s theme being “Passport To Success” exhibitors are encouraged to select a vacation destination to decorate their tables, costumes, music, games, etc. Get creative and Have Fun with it, the Realtors will be the Tourists with “passports” and you will be on their journey to success!
“Best Exhibit Display Award”: Optional but Highly encouraged; Realtors will vote for their favorite and most impressive display as decorated in accordance with this year’s theme. The Exhibitor who wins will receive an in-office lunch for up to 10 from the restaurant of your choice ($15 per person, per meal max).
Exhibitors may have snacks/candy/refreshments at their tables for the attendees, but absolutely NO ALCOHOL may be served. Also, no confetti/glitter/sequins may be used, and you may not attach any décor to the ballroom walls. Please note, if there is a spill or mess left behind, YOU will be assessed a cleaning fee.
EXPO LIVE: The two pre-expo events (Realtors ONLY) will adjourn at approximately 1PM; at that time, the attendees will immediately enter the Expo, so BE READY! Expo concludes at 5PM. YOU MAY NOT PACK UP YOUR SPACES UNTIL 5PM!
REALTOR® SCORECARD: Attendees will be given a scorecard upon arrival, this is their “Passport to Success”! As Realtors® tour the Expo, they will need to complete their scorecard by getting STAMPS from the Exhibitors; we will provide you with a stamp upon check-in. This ensures the Realtors® visit all tables; Use this opportunity to network and connect with the Realtors®!!
SOCIAL MEDIA: Please feel free to Post on your pages, post on our pages, post in the Expo Event page; use Hashtag #2017PBCExpo and #REALTORSROCK to connect with the event in a whole new way!
BUSINESS CARD DRAWING: Optional but highly encouraged, host a BUSINESS CARD DRAWING at your table to collect attendee’s business cards (and full contact information). YOU are responsible for collecting business cards. At 4PM, announcements will be made at the microphone for EXHIBITOR DRAWINGS, at which time you will bring your prize and your business cards to the stage to call your winners in rapid fire. (You may decide if the winners must be present.)
BREAKDOWN: Exhibitors are asked not to breakdown your tables until 5PM when the Expo officially concludes. We ask that you clean your space as best you can and dispose of your garbage appropriately. If RAPB is assessed a cleaning fee due to the display of an exhibitor(s) or mess left behind, the cleaning fee will be passed onto the exhibitor(s).
RECEPTION: If after a long day of Expo-ing, you’re feeling up for some “informal networking”, you are more than welcome to attend the networking reception taking place in the outdoors courtyard of the Marriott (5P-7P). Please be certain to completely pack up your belongings and properly dispose of your trash BEFORE heading to the reception.
