With that conviction, we are proud to welcome Jeremy Ezerzer to the Title Partners family.
Jeremy brings over 12 years of hands-on experience across large-scale infrastructure projects, high-density assets, and complex energy and power strategies. Most recently, he was appointed to the Advisory Board of Core AI Holdings, following a distinguished tenure as a strategic broker specializing in powered land opportunities and digital infrastructure acquisitions.
In his new role, Jeremy will work in close partnership with Patrick Whaley and the broader Title Partners team — leading the management of a combined pipeline exceeding $100 billion in institutional infrastructure and commercial real estate opportunities. His global network and deep sector expertise will be central to identifying high-value opportunities and accelerating our presence in digital infrastructure investment.
As demand for AI infrastructure, data centers, and large-scale energy projectscontinues to surge, Jeremy’s arrival positions Title Partners and BDRK Capital to move faster, reach further, and deliver greater value to our clients and partners.
